Die Zeitschrift Industrielle Beziehungen (IndBez) ist eine wissenschaftliche
Fachzeitschrift zum Forschungsfeld Industrial Relations. Industrielle
Beziehungen sind jene Netzwerke, Institutionen und Systeme, in die die
verschiedenen Akteure der Arbeitswelt eingebunden sind und mit denen sie
ihre wirtschaftlichen Austauschverhältnisse und sozialen
Konfliktbeziehungen faktisch gestalten und normativ regeln.
Die Zeitschrift für Personalforschung
(ZfP) versteht sich als eine wissenschaftliche
Fachzeitschrift, die dem neuesten Stand der Forschung auf dem Gebiet strategischer und operativer Fragen der Bereitstellung und des zielgerichteten Einsatzes von Personal in Organisationen
verpflichtet ist.
Die Zeitschrift für Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensethik (zfwu) ist eine wissenschaftliche Fachzeitschrift. Durch ihre interdisziplinäre theoretische und praktische Ausrichtung an der Schnittstelle von Ökonomie und (praktischer) Philosophie stellt sie in erster Linie der Wissenschaft, aber auch interessierten Vertreterinnen und Vertretern von Wirtschaft, Politik sowie anderen relevanten Institutionen ein wirtschaftsethisches Diskussionsforum auf hohem Niveau zur Verfügung.
International Journal of Action Research (IJAR) is a refereed journal. IJAR provides a forum for an open and non dogmatic discussion about action research, both its present situation and future perspectives. This debate is open to the variety of action research concepts worldwide. The focus is on dialogues between theory and practice.
Journal for East European Management Studies (JEEMS) is designed to promote
a dialogue between East and West over issues emerging from management practice,
theory and related research in the transforming societies of Central and
Eastern Europe and was founded in 1996 and is edited by the Chair of
Organization Studies at the Chemnitz University of Technology. It is devoted
to the promotion of an exchange of ideas between the academic community and
management.

journal publishing both qualitative and quantitative work, as well as purely
theoretical papers that advances the study of management, organization, and
industrial relations. mrev publishes articles that contribute to theory from a
number of disciplines, including business and public administration,
